Hi there! I’m Sarah – a mother of two, a survivor of post-partum anxiety/depression/OCD, a respectful co-parent, and a survivor of childhood trauma. I reside in the Vancouver, BC, area and work as an early learning professional.

One could best describe me as nerdy, introverted, and a bit of a doomsponge. :)

Things that complete me: trees, owls, dark chocolate, thrift shopping, tacos, nerdy PC games with player housing, and reading.

I journal on this website to make meaning of my life – topics predominantly range between self-growth and discovery, mental health, and motherhood. I hope to reflect on where this life is taking me, and to learn how I keep becoming as a woman, mother and person in the mess of it all.
